can i install the file for east asian language without using the xp disc?

If you don't have the XP disk, you will have to direct the install of the files to the i386/lang folder

some files may be missing, so best to copy paste the lang folder from a working XP CD
Or better yet, copy>paste the whole i386 folder from a copy of XP of your version service pack installed
