Title: Error:The path is too deep.

When i copy paste a file into my memory stick, that Error will always pop up. Files that are smaller in size will not get the message. It only happens when i copy paste a bigger file. Around 500mb to 1gb+ . What i know is my file isn't too deep into a directory. For example, I copy the file from G:\games\bleach.iso , i faces the error. "Error copying file or folder. Cannot copy Bleach: The path is too deep." I really dono how to fix it.

I've seen this issue from other users, usually happens over a network

EDIT>>Also, do you know what format the usb thumbdrive is in?
It could be formatted as FAT

There's a small tool that may help, I'm not sure
It's called  TeraCopy     1.22
