Title: Error msg- can't open Outlook

PLEASE HELP!!!!! EXTREMELY URGENT!! I'm freaking out. My entire business revolves around email. Tonight I installed the latest version of Outlook. I had shut down all programs before installing. Once I installed it, I tried to open Outlook, and received a pop up msg that said, "unable to open your default email folders". ????

I appreciate anyone's help, I thank you so much in advance.

Did you try the Inbox Repair tool?

I believe the Inbox repair tool in 2007 is found in the following folder
:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\Scanpst.exe
