Delete your version of Hijackthis, it's out of date
Afterwards,
REDownload Hijackthis Installer from HERE (http://\"http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe\")
For an alternate download location, you can try HERE  (http://\"http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/HijackThis/1071179190/1\")
SAVE it to your desktop
Double click on HJTInstall.exe to run it
Choose Install

Hijackthis v2.0.2 will open
Close it out for now, we'll need it later

Temporarily disable your AntiVirus protection so it won't interfere with this next fix

Download this file - Combofix.exe (http://\"http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe\") and save it ONLY to your desktop

Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
By default it will save a copy to C:\Combofix.txt
I'll need to see this log later
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Post the log from ComboFix

Also, Run a fresh scan and save logfile with Hijackthis and post it's new log

Thanks for the help.  I think everything is good to go now.  I had a buddy over that helped me clear everything up.  It was a mess!!

Did you and your buddy do my set of instructions?
Is so, you may want to post the logs just to ensure it's clean
