Title: XP Boot Screen HELP!

I followed the instructions in the article, but how to replace the image to one I want.  
Well, I just assume to use copy and paste.
But when I try to paste a new file,
the image changed to a soooo low resolution(?).



Help please, I am a newbie to image editing

It looks awesome...where did you get this image from?
