yay that pic is so hard to read, like you blured it out, not saying you did it just needs a bit of more clearece.... Copy and paste it into paint and use all of those tools and just adjust it to a good visible range!

I have good eyesight, but even I can't read those. Though, my monitors are about 2 feet away from me.
