I bought many shirts from a store and left but for some reason, one of the security tags was left on and i did some research and it was a supertag 2. The store is like 13 miles away so I rather just try removing it myself without harming my item. Here are a couple questions because im also interested on how these work. (Did not take the item without paying)
Question1: The lady that I bought the item from removed other items that I bought and used a device to do it, in detail, how does the device work to remove it?
Question2: There is a hole on the side of the security tag, I would like to know what the inside of this looks like because i tried removing it and it wont work with some wire.
Question3: I saw that if I used 2 pairs of pliers, you can bend both bides and the pin will fall out with the security tag 2, does this work? If so...Why is there a hole on the side!
Im frusterated and want to challenge myself to do this, if not, I must go back in a 2 day period!

Some of those tags have ink inside and if you try to remove them it sprays all over you and the clothes. Had it happen to me once.

Yeah i was going to say, must tags have ink. If it has ink it should say on it. Most have a warning about ink inside.

I know in shops that I have been to the tags that are on clothing (not sure what they are) use a magnet to pull the metal pin out of the clip parts
