Before you start acting like you know everything, you should probably take a second to stop realize that you are wrong...
On the main RuneScape homepage, clicking where it says "Cancel Recovery Questions" will NOT actually cancel your recovery questions. It will cancel your pending recovery questions. Meaning, if you have tried to apply new recovery questions within the last 7 days, you can use this feature to cancel the new ones from overwriting the old ones.
To truly get rid of all recovery questions, you must tell Jagex that someone else knows them. You can do this bu clicking the link on the main RuneScape page that says "Recover a lost password". Then fill out the form saying that someone else knows your recovery information, fill out as much correct information as you can. If you know enough information about your account, then within 12-24 hours, the recovery questions will be gone.

They changed it a bit, you have to choose the option that says "Recover stolen password".
-
I don't see that option have they gotten rid of it?
-
NO.... go down on the left hand side of the screen and click on....
Recover a Lost Password
then enter your user name
click on
Recover a Stolen Password
then fill out all details and wait, if you have alot of good details and all are correct, (ONLY 2 catagories can be missing i think) Then your recovers will be deleted?
