i cant post any pictures of conversations since my laptops been taken for being a lame duck(how many of u read al franken?) and im using a desktop
i gave the account kirk sold to me to a friend a couple weeks ago and it was recovered again and now kirk hammets wants a firecape because he
"borrowed the guthans and cash"
all i know is the account i got from kirk had it's firecape dropped the first time it was recovered and now its been recovered again.
atleast de-elite him.

kirk hammet claimed he lost the book where he wrote his recoveries down in. but the day after i am hacked he "guesses the recoveries" and gets my account back and then claims he found the book with the recoveries written down in it. i pmed kirk and wrote in his topics but he hasn't given be the recoveries.
from the two times i have been hacked i have lost 100m+
i gave kirk hammet a chance thinking it was all a big misunderstanding but everything points toward kirk...
if i was here two weeks ago when everything started i would've been able to post proof but i was in alaska.

Every day I go through and read nearly every topic posted in every forum. Even questolo's responses in the tech help sections because I have been trying to learn how to read the hijackthis logs, no luck there. I hit "view new posts" literally every 10 minutes I am awake. I have done nothing but put the interests of this site first for the last 2 years. Even before I was mod, all of the mod actions were done (when the mods got around to it) because I made a list every day and gave it to them.

But I was talking to Tyler on MSN after I posted here and it doesn't matter because since he got banned from posting on his Elite account he figures he might as well get his friend to recover the account, meaning he will be able to sell it at school.... all the while since JB Lee made Allanon out as the equivalent of a flacid dick for a porn star in his PMs with Guestolo there is no one in this section of the site with the ability to IP ban, meaning Kirk can come back on a new name and use the only section on this site worth using: the tech help forum.

Kirk hammet scammed, just because he might have changed his mind and said "ok, you can have it back, I don't want to scam you anymore." doesn't mean he shouldn't get banned. You should read all of the screenshots before you make an idiot statement like that. It doesn't have to do with the fact that he lied, it has to do with what he lied ABOUT. Kirk hammet said he didn't know the recoveries and that he was the original owner. Then once he recovered it, he changed his story to say that a lot of people knew the recoveries, because they were easy to guess, and that he was not the original owner. Deny it any way you want to if it makes you sleep better, but that is enough proof.

The conversations I have with the other staff members is none of your, or anyone else's, business. However, to set the record straight, as both you and Allanon already know, all I told guestolo was that Allanon doesn't really care anymore. Which is something that came out of Allanon's mouth, not mine.
If kirk hammet does come back, he will be re-banned. The fact that Allanon no longer has the ability to IP ban means nothing, he rarely used it anyway. It will be the same as it has always been. If people are discovered to have a previously banned account, they get banned. If anything, the fact that I am no longer mod will be what affects it, as I am the person who usually discovers someone has returned. So stop blaming me for doing something that I affected in no way, and start blaming yourself for having me demodded for absolutely no reason.
