Title: RunDLL Error, Help Please

Well i don't know what happened but when i started my pc up this morning i got this error message,

"RUNDLL
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\conqmhki.nls
The specified module could not be found"

and i also got spammed with 15-20 of these,

"RUNDLL
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\keyhjqrdm.drv
The specified module could not be found"

I also get that last error message anytime i try to open a program. Only way i can open programs is by right click > run as...

And i know i'm connected to the internet because i'm using my laptop now to connect to it but if i try to load a website on the pc it just says 'Cannot find server'.

I tried to install the newest HiJackThis Version but i get that error message all the time.
