Anyone else find it ironic that he posted this on a site dedicated to real world trading? He even has transactions in his sig, yet he is yelling at people for doing transactions...

You are correct.

If you zoom in on the picture, you can clearly see the money has been added after the screenshot was taken.

Someone could easily do that...

He could say, "ok, send me the money and we'll meet in game". Someone sends the money, he logs off...

Or in this case, it would be "send me the money and I'll give you the account info".

The point is he needs to be banned for attempted scamming. I have not been carying on the topic, I have been proving he is attempting to scam.
