Title: BH Transferring

OK so after all the updates Ive herd everyone is transferring items/RSGP through bounty hunter.Now Ive never played the game(BH-Of course Ive played RS)but how exactly is it done?Ive herd something about craters also.Can somebody please explain to me how all that works?
