Not sure if anyone plays Age of Conan here, but if you do than you know how hard it is to earn gold. I finally got up to 100g last night, and I went over and bought advanced riding training. Here's a sample of the jolly good fun I had:

I actually had a GM come up behind me and ask me to stop. I tried to do it to him but I think they get some kind of knockback resistance.

Just spent 18 hours a day farming to get another 50g, bought an armored horse:

Is this game like WoW, it looks like it is much better. Also, do you have to pay for it?

It's nothing like wow other than the fact you hit buttons to attack people, and even that is pretty different because you have 4-5 button combos instead of single button attacks.

Hmm, would you say its worth the money? Also, is it a game that everyone likes? Or do you have to like a specific genre of game to like it?

First of all, your computer needs to be a god to run it. I built a new one myself for just under $2000 to play this game. It's a lot like EQ2 with better graphics and quest lines.
