ok as u all can see mavrick17 posted im a scammer , point is i didnt scam him , what i did was cancel our deal off bcuz hes paranoic
he asks me to wait 4 days once i payed saying i could chargeback , when every1 knows if i sent claim file i cant
plz read the convo and tell me what u think

As you can see, he retracted his claims, making you in the clear and out of all charges.....

Hello, been a while since i was on here. Anyways, no it does not mean that what so ever. It just means that maybe you didnt want it and changed your mind. A scam would be some one not getting what they were suppose to get. Keep in mind that i said what they were meant to get, what the WANTED to get may be something completlty different. Now if they lie about the account stats and you buy it, then that is also a scam, just ask around if you need to.
