Title: Graphics software

Hi.

I have some photos which i need to scan into my computer and touch up i.e. remove imperfections.
What i would like to know is, which software would be best to use for this?
I have Photoshop CS3 but i don't seem to find anything in CS3 to do it.

You have Photoshop CS3 and you can't edit your photos
I don't get it, you have all the tools you need to edit photo
Do you need an easier program, not sure what you need?

If you want a pretty good online image editor, you should try Picnik (http://\"http://picnik.com\")
