I'm doing any Runescape private server programming, I'll make you a server, port forward for you, make you you're own DNS so people can log in and also make you a website with forums if needed.
Price depends just tell me what you need and I'll tell you how much then we can agree on a Final price.
I will be using a MM or you go first, I will NOT do 50/50.
My own server is, Barragezaros.no-ip.org | Barragezaros.no-ip.info.
so you can see how the final finish will look like.
If it's not working then I'm changing Home position and will be online soon.

programing is making a program
coding java is using a set of numbers and variables to create a type of file that java can read off.
So unless he made his private server from scratch without any help from runescape and runs it as a exe hes wrong.
