Ok, so I've reinstalled vista and I thought that got rid of all downloads, but apparently it doesn't. Is there any way to uninstall all  these old things, that are apparently on my hard drive but not in uninstall/change a program?

Yeah, yeah I know, I'm not the best at computer troubleshooting or whatever.

Help is appreciated

Wait. You mean you wanna delete ALL old file's from before you switch to Vista?

It does get rid of all downloads.. Do a clean install.
