Well i usually go to youtube to watch videos and listen to music, but recently when i go to it, it lags a lot and the song is very choppy and the songs go slow. I know its not my speakers because i tried my headset. I also reinstalled my audio drivers to no avail. Sometimes its fine, but other time its like impossible to watch a dam video. It seems to me that firefox is demanding too much from my computers. Its being a resource hog because my songs on wmp are fine when firefox isnt running. Heres a HJT log:

It started happening after my previous problem (the windows explorer not starting problem).

here is the processes tab when firefox is opened. It usually goes to around 110 000k when watching a youtube video. (firefox)

cant edit... but it seems to happen when everytime I go to youtube. When im watching a youtube video the whole system slows down. Considering im on a phenom processor, and ive had this rig for a while now, i dont know why it would do that.
-edit- now mostly all videos online are lagging and slowing down my computer. I have broadband internet (rogers) and my other computers can watch it just fine, including 2 laptops that are on wireless :@.||
-edit 2- i realized that anyting partially demanding from the internet really slows down. Both steam game downloading and windows update had the same effect on my system. The whole system including the cursor lags. I had to get away with it im using my laptop right now.

Try some small steps.
-Remove your old version of flash and reinstall w/ the newest one.
-Remove all cache/cookies/temporary internet files.
-Cmd -> ipconfig /release -> ipconfig /flushdns -> ipconfig /renew .
