Title: Slipstreamed Office XP too large to burn onto cd?
Post by: Anonymous on December 06, 2002, 05:18:01 PM
I recently tried slipstreaming sp2, and the latest word and excel updates onto Office XP.  After slipstreaming, the size of the file went from around 500 mb to just over 1gb.  I would like to burn the slipstreamed office application onto cd but the file size is too large.  Anyone else expierience this?

I\'ve just created a slipstreamed Office XP Prof (with FrontPage Edition) with SP2, latest Word, Excel, and Outlook update. I was still ended up with around 650 MB which I injected the ORK (reskit) folder and managed to burn it on 80 mins (700 MB) CD-R without any problem at all.
