Ok so my stats are 73 attack 87 strength 70 defence 79 range and 44 prayer.
Now my friend suggested I use this.

OUTFIT
Verac's Helmet
Obsidian Cape
Amulet of Fury
Black D'Hide Top/Karils
Karil's X'Bow
3k BOLT racks
Snakeskin boots/Ranger (Probably borrow this)
Rune Gloves/Black vamps
Verac skirt.

INVENTORY
100 Purple sweets
6 Sara Brews
19 SUPER restores.


Please tell me what to use when I do /

Using rune crossbow will make it MUCH cheaper

Is it as fast as Kbow?
and what bolts should I use?
also what should I weild in Shield spot?

If your going with rune crossbow veriant you should have a zamorak book if you dont have that filled go with guthix book. either one will give you an attack bonus with a nice pray boost. good luck getting your cape. use addamant bolts. watch your pray when it comes to jad or 2 hours of work down the craper =P

Broad-tipped bolts work just fine, much cheaper than adamant and hit the same. Any prayer book in the shield slot. It's not as fast as karils bow but that won't really matter because you will not run out of supplies, plus they hit higher.

I personally would bring 5k (5,000) just incase.

also bring a d scimmy so u can kill the lower lvls fast cuz rune x bows are slow and they drain prayer so u wanna kill as fast as u can

1k broad-tipped bolts should be more than enough... but you can bring 1.5k or something if you want.

i heard that tyey updated jad so it's really friggin hard to do a f cape run now..true? false?

true cuz jagex saw a lot of lvl 40s and 50s get firecape so they made it more chalangeing o.0 dunno how to spell

No all they changed was his attack animations...
