here r some guides that explain the steps into creating .exe's into .jpg's
.jpg files r usualy under 1 mb so if u find a file over that !!!!!DONT CLICK TO DOWNLOAD!!!!!

They can be small too. For instance, save my image to your computer, then open it in WinRAR. You'll receive an AWESOME defraggin' program.
