Welcome to my thread, please do have the patience to read it all. It is going to be quite a long topic to read, so bear with me!
A few years ago, Allanon joined Thetechguide as a new member. Almost instantly, did he start posting on scam topics saying its all scams, don't trust it. Then he came up with the "How to recognize the top 10 scams" thread. There were still many, many scams on thetechguide, so, Allanon decided to form a sort of "army" (imo) to help rid us of scammers. He called this army the Antiscammers.
The Antiscammers weren't at all completely succesful, however. They did a great job in alerting others of scams, but it wasn't enough. Scammers would use the antiscammers to scam even more.
Zspec32 was announced vice president of the Antiscammers at this stage, allowing for a new era in the Antiscamming army. Elite rank, a.k.a Antiscammers v2 (also, imo).
For years, the Antiscammers have been helping a great deal, and they have spread to many different websites, even though it all started here on Thetechguide.
I have always been thinking, though... there are still many, many flaws in the Antiscammers that have allowed passage for scamming to take place, as demonstrated with the recent Account Sales / Pr0 is Klutch situations.
One of these flaws is that victims of scammers are often left with no money. What do these people do as a last resort?
They SCAM, that's what.
The actions of scammers, create more scammers. It is a monkey-see, monkey-do world out there.
Anyone can be a victim. Most of you already have been victims. Some of you have played a good game of chess, and managed to pull one over on a scammer. Some of the most trusted people I've seen on TTG have become scammers. I'm sure not all of the new members knew that Depressed Lover (a.k.a. Account Sales, the infamous scammer) was actually a Forum Mod at one stage? Believe it.
People who are victims of scamming often resort to scamming to earn back the money they lost.
I want to set up a subsection of the Antiscammers, that handles this area. I am founding the Antiscamming Insurance Policy, where members can donate very small amounts of any type of investment (accounts, us$, rsgp, pins) in order to insure their assets, and easily earn back what they managed to lose.
THIS IS GOING TO BE A VERY TOUGH JOB, BUT IT
IS (and I emphasize this with true meaning) HIGHLY POSSIBLE.
Which is why I, Pyro Raccoon, need some help.
There are a couple of things I need to make this happen:

- Allanon, you are the Founder of the Antiscammers. This means I will need your permission to carry on with my idea. It could work on it's own, but I feel it would be better suited as part of the Antiscammers.
- I will need at least TWO TRUSTED Elite Antiscammers to act as Chief Executive Officers, in order to make sure everything is done right, and that everything we do is of legitimate reason. I will also be playing a role in this.
- I will need my own team of Middlemen, so we can guarantee safety during trade. About 5 people should suffice.
- I will need a PUPPETMASTER. Whoever is up for this job will need the ability to prove trust, and keep it constant, watching over EVERY employee. You may pick an assistant if you like.
- I will need suggestions from everyone and anyone with ideas.
- I will need 2 treasurers to keep track of money
I AM PLANNING FOR THE ANTISCAMMERS INSURANCE AGENCY TO BE A NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION
Members will need to donate some money to the organization in order to make any of this possible.

This can be achieved via small fees paid by whomever wishes to be insured. I will put up a list, and add your names to the list if you pay one small fee. Only the people on the list will be eligible to recieve money / pins / accounts if proof has been shown that they have been scammed of their posessions.
I am hoping to have achieved the complete and total establishment of this organization within the next three months. You are now free to post suggestions, as well as feedback.

So you are calling "her" bloodogre?
EDIT: Allanon pretty much summed up my opinion.
