What it basicly means is, they will have encrypted prices into there database that you can not exceed, deceed for over 3,000 runescape GP, meaning you cant trade a party hat for 5,000 GP because it does not meet the encrypted price.

I am almost 70% sure JaGex will pull through will this update and more thurougly screw up a once good game.
I, therefore am forced to leave as JB Lee will be closing RuneCore if they fall through with the update, and if they do, it wont be undon because they do not care about players thoughts.

JB Lee - Man, you made one hell of a site, I may have been one of those people whom you "hate" or "dislike" or even one of those "childish kids" you ignore on msn, but it doesn't matter you made a sucessful site that I enjoy, thats all that I care about.
Berencam - A great friend, you probably were my favorite guy here at RuneCore, one of the people i've known for less time, but once I met you I liked you instantly, dont ever change.
R1ch Dude - The best person ever, hes nice, can take my moo ( most ppl cant ), and still likes me in the end, your a real man R1ch.
Matthew - The nicest person I met at RuneCore, he has to be one of the most trusted people ever, hes nice, compationate, and will put his mind to something and never give up, Matthew your great.
Amethyst - First RuneCore Referer, what can I say? Your pure awesome, this guy will never scam, <3 you dude.
Shibbz - We used to talk tons, your GFX is great, and there still is much room to improve, I will never forget you.
