No it isn't
People may be looking for ways to get on "Runescape" stuff at school.
Or maybe the techguide if blocked at school and they can't get on.
Kinda like me. My school is ip banned and i can't get on TTG so need a proxy to get on.

You might want to change the title of the page to something other than "passurclass"
