I am also able to do some slight compensation.
These jobs aren't that hard.

Rune ess mined from 1-30 (meaning you mine rune ess till you hit 30 mining)
Woodcutting to 30
Fishing to 40
Cooking to 40
Range, Mage, Attack, Str, and Def to 30.
All The Free Quests Done
