all u need is internet i believe u only need debit or credit card if u want to verify ur account. someone correct me if im wronge but i think im right.

but i dont have those and i need a bank account also so i can get the money out of the paypal account

i only have aim msn freezes my comp. well u can always buy stuff with the money on the paypal. u can use it to buy another account or ebay ect. its real money

i know i can but i need a credit card or debit card to create the account and a bank account because if i dont have a bank account then where would the money go

it jsut stays on the paypal accoutn u can still use the money. also if u 15+ u can get a bank account at bank of america and transfer it to ur debit card afterwards.
