Title: Virtual Memory
Post by: Anonymous on December 17, 2002, 06:30:06 AM
Hi all,
Hope someone can provide an answer to a little problem with my xp pro pc.
At each shutdown, I get a \'not enough virtual memory\' message but the pc shuts anyway. It\'s not a major problem just very irritating!  Is this an \'undocumented programme freature\' in xp?
For your info I\'ve got 240mb physical memory, virtual is set to 360
i\'m not on sp1 yet by the way.

Cheers in advance of any help.

check for an application named: intel application accelerator.

most of the time this error message comes from third party applications that were not programed with windows XP.

you can also try a system restore to before this happened.
