Title: Can not install new devices. Please help.

Hi,

Could anyone help me how to solve this problem?  I want to re-install my cd drive & dvd drive but it gave me errors & I can not access to any drives. Thanks for your help.

now then what OS are you in?
are the cd drive missing in my computer?
do the drives show up in device manager?
are there any errors on the drives in device manager?
