I have bought a dlink router DVA-G3670B, which has a USB print server. When logged into the router it asks for Printer name & Make and model.
How do i configure, the printer to run via the router for my pc & wifes wireless laptop?
Any help will be appreciated!

This is for XP
Go into the Windows Control Panel
Open Printers and faxes
Right click on your Printer and select Properties
You should find Name/model info there

Ahh ive always wanted to play with print servers. Printing wireless is really tight.
Plus the master pc doesnt have to be on in order for the printer to be shared on the network.

It is nice, I went away for a couple weeks
The OL bought a new wireless Epson All-In-one
Got home and set it up, very easy to set up
We dedicate it just for our laptops, hers a Mac, mine a PC ( I haven't set up the Linux side yet, get to it later)
Scanning wireless is nice, but you still have to go to the machine to lay your project on the bed>Wow I'm getting lazy
P.S. I also have my other printer set, networked thru a dedicated box, but it's nice that we can have the new Printer beside us in the Living room
