Title: Selling 3 prepaid cards from target.

Lol, I'm still refusing to believe that I'm still awake at 5:30 in the morning.

EDIT: The only reason I am charging 1.5m is because using the D stone method I don't get the full amount due to the fact that I am using my own tokkul.

So no lower.

If you are non-members and are unable to get the D stones, then it has to be through High level BH.
