Hi,
Im just about to re-install win2k becuase im havingloadsa buggy problems - the thing is ive lost my case with the serial number on it, but currently still have it installed. Is there anyway i can find out my current serial number for win 2k ???

I\'m not aware of a was of retrieveing a 2k serial, but on This site your currently on there is a guide to make a 2k cd that doent need and serials

magical jelly bean keyfinder will tell you what the Cd key is.

Install SiS Sandra 2003 or Belarc, these will give you you're serials and software versions.

Is your CD an original?, if so call Microsoft and explain the problem, they'll give you a new serial number, of course they will ask you some questions to make sure you have the original, I got a new serial number for my win2k CD, from them.
