Title: Does anyone knw any software tht can turn a wma file to video file?

so bascially i got a file thts in WMA format and i need it to be in a video format, so i can post it on youtube and facebok, etc.
so i need a software for that but i just can't seem to find one. actually i found one but its so crap....when that software converted my wma file to mpeg file, so the sound was CRAP.....
so if anyone know any good software that can convert a Music file(wma) to a video format (any video format)........you wil make my day......
