Title: IP Address messed up

My IP address shows I am in Germany ! I went to one of those sites to check my IP as I started getting german language pages on a lot of the sites I visit.It seems this started a couple weeks ago after joining facebook,could be just a coincidence. I checked my language on my computer and it is showing english. I am in the USA. I have windows vista. I am hoping there is a simple fix for this as I am not too computer savvy. Internet savvy,but not a fix it person if it is complicated.

Download Hijackthis Installer from [color=\"#FF0000\"]HERE[/color] (http://\"http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe\")
For an alternate download location, you can try HERE  (http://\"http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/HijackThis/1071179190/1\")
SAVE it to your desktop
Double click on HJTInstall.exe to run it
Choose Install

Hijackthis v2.0.2 will open

Under Main Menu, Select
Do a system scan and save a Log file
A log will open in Notepad
Copy and Paste the Whole log back here to the forum
