Title: pc over heat

my pc's always stayed at 60-62 temperature on speedfan, just switched from vista 32 bit to xp 64 bit, now its at 68-70. any reason why the switch causes my gpu to run hotter? and any fixes none hardware related?i have one fan on the side aswell helping to cool.

Try putting it in the freezer.
