Title: Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB

When i tryed to update Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB954430) it said it had been installed then 10 seconds later it came back.

So I updated it again but it came back. I kept doing it until I think hmm something is wrong..
I am using Windows Vista 32bit.

You could try the following
Download the update to your desktop
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...en#Requirements (http://\"http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=96a4413c-5261-4f69-83d0-932c430abd14&displaylang=en#Requirements\")

Once saved to desktop
Right click on    msxml4-KB954430-enu.exe
and choose to "Run as Administrator"
Choose to Uninstall (Remove) the update if prompted

Afterwards, right click again on the file and "Run as Administrator" and choose to Install the update
