If its a legitimate question you would probably be better off cuttin mages on a  low trafficked world. Best place is south of seers cuz there is four trees there and on my main w/ 86 wc its pretty easy to cut em

Hm...... i particularly like Mage arena north of dueling arena, 2 trees never crowded easy banking, there are also alot of other spots available.
 If you can find a low populated area with magic treesthen go for it unless u be better off in seers yews, or maybe behind varrock castle.

That's too risky because the po-po are really cracking down on RWT offenders. I know like 5 people doing time at the big house right now for that.
