Well its not like if I get banned I will get really angry or something; considering I don't even play anymore and I'm doing it on some lame level 71 account, but I would prefer to not get banned. I'm pretty sure everyone who bots prefers not to be banned, after all you don't bot to get banned on purpose....or DO YOU?

turn on all anti random/anti ban scripts you can get your hands on
check rsbot forums for updates on anti random scripts

Turning off the monitor conserves energy. The rest of it is just a waste of time though. The anti-random scripts it comes with are good enough and the anti-ban it comes with is just annoying. They don't ban people anymore because they don't want to lose paying customers. All they do is annoy you by messing up your bot with randoms.

I didn't know what cookies were so I googled them. So what you are saying is that you log into runescape first so you get a small, flat-baked treat, containing milk, flour, eggs, and sugar, etc. Makes sense.
Also I turned off my monitor while botting. It made it very difficult, but not impossible, to check my email.
