Unable to print to PDF using FireFox - I have Adobe software installed

I just switched to Firefox from Internet Explorer 6. When I used Internet Explorer 6, I was able to print any web page to PDF.

Whenever I try to print anything to PDF using FireFox (e.g. a Yahoo email or any web page using Adobe 5) the page comes out as garbage characters and numbers.

The following are the printer options on my computer (with Adobe 5 installed)
- acrobat distiller
- acrobat pdfwriter
- HP laserjet 1020
- HP psc 1200 series
- microsoft ofice document image writer
- microsoft xps document writer

Firefox is nor allowing me to print to acrobat pdfwriter, whereas I have no problem when I use Internet Explorer.

This appears to be a bug with Firefox 3 and Adobe version 5 or older
Newer versions of Adobe's software don't seem to experience the same problems

Or older versions of Firefox are compatible with acrobat 5 , but it is less secure

Do you have the latest Print Drivers installed for your Printers?
