but those were only 2 out of 19 transactions he did..
it could have been misunderstood or an accident?
just one thing i ask, just because he failed to do 1 or 2 trades makes his reputation a fake?
i think that is very cruel, and he should be given another chance
he is a very trustworthy guy from my opinion and i think he is an excellent mm that can be trusted 100%

He got a pass on the scam because it was a very weird transaction and at the time I thought he could be trusted. The fake transaction happened a long time ago, like I said, before it was something you could get banned for. Now that it is something you get banned for he has been warned and had several chances to remove it from his signature without punishment. Yet he still insists the transaction happened and wont take it out. Next time Allanons on msn I am going to talk to him because it's getting ridiculous.

2 out of 19 were fake? that sounds like he can only be trusted about 95% not 100% and if its not 100% its not trust, its faith. . .

The whole transaction was fake we made it up on teamspeak and IM so that I would get to MM the other trade you were doing. Then a week into the 2 weeks waiting period for recoveries you told me that Satans Spawn would be the new MM so I gave him the money. Then you recovered your account and I had to pay Lightsout. You said it was all Satans Spawn doing it, but it was your account and you recovered it so clearly it wasn't just him.
Also I took that fake transaction out of my sig like a month later, still before the rule was made. I said when I first told Allanon he should ban both of us. But we talked about it and since it happened before the rules were written that just taking it out and admitting it was fake would be enough. Now however you continue to fake it and won't take it out, meaning that you are faking a transaction when it is a rule.
Anyway what I was warning the guy formerly I wish I was rich about in the PM was, not only using you as an MM for a big trade, but also an MM is completely pointless for this trade because there is no GP being moved. If anything an MM would make the scam risk higher.
If he were sending him a 360 then what would have to happen is that the xbox is sent first. If the recipient of the xbox doesn't hold up his end of the deal then legal action CAN be taken because it would be a physical object being stolen (worth money) and not a game account (worthless).

Clearly I was aiming too high for you because in order to be an assistant manager at Burger King you have to be literate. I would guess something like a janitor... actually you would have a tough time because illegal immigrants are not only cheaper but more qualified than you would be.
