Title: Wireless connected but cant view internet explorer or mozilla

Hi there.
Since swapping our internet provider, we cannot use our laptop using a wireless connection with our landline computer.
We have done the settings numerous times and the wireless icon shows its connected but we cannot view the Internet Explorer page (Or Mozilla) which means we cannot browse the net. It has actually downloaded updates to AVG so we know the connection is valid.
What do we check, renew, reload, delete, or mainly fix the problem?
We have restarted both computers, wireless connection, removed earlier details and refreshed data etc

Which Security software do you have installed on this computer?
Or came preinstalled on it?
