whenever i load softice (i have it on manual) and i click control and d i cant move my mouse and the softice screen doesn\'t show up. i have it on Universal driver for video and it still does it. can anyone help me please?

i forgot to add..... i am using windows 2000 sp 3... usb mouse and keyboard. atholon xp and i have pentium support disabled thx
