Title: Firefox Problem
Post by: dfgver on January 21, 2010, 12:31:33 AM
The Navigation Bar and Back & Forward buttons are all missing.

I have tried going to View,Toolbar,Customise - Restore Default Set but nothing happened
Also there is no icons to drag them back into place. Has anyone had this problem or know how to correct it?

My laptop needs to be fixed so using My Home PC but this is really annoying - Please Help!

Oh yeah and I have tried turning my computer off and on again nothing - Lol

In Windows, click Start, open the All Programs list and navigate to the Mozilla Firefox folder. In the Mozilla Firefox folder, select Mozilla Firefox. Hold down the option key, as you start Firefox. Go to your Terminal and run:

There is some supporting files has been corrupted in firefox. So you can first of all uninstall current firefox and then you can reinstall latest software for Mozilla Firefox and then you can check that your problem has been solve or not. If your problem not solve then you can format hard disk and then reinstall operating system.

Right click on the gray space next to the File/Edit/... menus, select "Navigation Toolbar"

If that doesn't work, and you can see the Back/Forward/Reload/Close buttons but not the address address space, right click on those and click customize. Then find the address bar and drag that to the location you'd like it to be.
