Download TFC (http://\"http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/TFC.exe\") by OldTimer to your desktop.
Close any open windows.
Once its finished it should automatically reboot your machine, if it doesn't, manually reboot to ensure a complete clean

download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here (http://\"http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe\") or Here (http://\"http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html\")
Save the installer to desktop

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

I ran the TFC program, and it did restart my pc, but im not exactly sure what it did.  After my pc finished restarting the internet security virus popped back up,and it wont let me install malwarebyte's anti malware. When i double click the installer, and then click run, nothing happens.  I do already have malwarebyte's antimalware on my pc, but it wont open. Would that have anything to do with why the installer wont run? Do i have to completely uninstall the other malwarebyte's first?

Sorry, didn't know you already had Malwarebytes installed
Can you try the following
Go to it's install directory, typically C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
Make sure your set to show known file extensions
In Explorer click on TOOLS>>Folder Options>>View
Untick "Hide extensions for known file types"
Apply and Ok it

Right click on mbam.exe and rename it to something like
rolovis.exe

Try then runing malwarebytes
If it will run, do the following
Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.
