Title: cannot read or burn in tsst cd/dvdw drive in windowsxp

cd/dvd drive will not recognize any disk - sonic does not think disk has been inserted to burn.

i deleted upper/lower filters in

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

trying to fix and now itunes cannot read or burn to the drive either
