How do you change a user name in picasa?

I don't use Picasa, but have you seen the following?

May be you can registered a new picasa account,then move old to new one:D

I think it can be done by editing your picasa profile for that you can refer to picasa help forum.
Else simply you can create a new account with desired user name.
