Hi,
I am not sure if this is the right forum for this but please advice where else can I get a resolution to this issue. I have recently had a website made, everything was working well when all of a sudden the email alerts we receive are not coming through. As a customer whenever an order was placed an email was sent confirming the same, it is not happening now, even when 'Forgot Password's is clicked on the email does not go. The company which made the website is saying there is a mail server issue which is hard to believe as it was all working fine. Can someone please help me with this??? If this is not the right forum for this please point me in the right direction!
