The palette that you guys said to download (16.pal) want download. It just takes me a different webpage with numbers and letters. |/sad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':(\' />

Right-click and choose save-as.  Your browser is trying to display the file instead of downloading it, that's why you see that strange page.
