Title: WinXP -- missing winnt.sif

I am attempting to upgrade Winnt --> WinXP Pro. I keep getting halted right after the warnings with an error telling me that it can\'t find c:$win_nt$.~btwinnt.sif

I have attempted a number of different remedies (ie. creating the file in various places) to circumvent the issue with no luck.

Does anyone know what is causing this?
