New to this Forum. Hope this is in the right place.

I have a Brother MPC-257CW. All colours are working except Black.

I have ran a cleaning program and replaced cartridge, but it still will not print in Black.

Any suggestions?

Black cartridge could be clogged or empty.. Time to replace it?
