Title: Is it possible to rename \'Administrator\' user name

As known, in progress of installation Windows create administrative account with \'Administrator\' name. Can I change this name and of course folder name for this profile? (Not after installation... in process!!!)

Yes you can (after the install is complete).
 
As a security precaution, it is recommended that the built in Administrator account be renamed, then create another account named \"Administrator\" and disabling the new \"Administrator\" account.
